About the Position
Description
In this position, the Client Relations Manager will create and nurture long-term relationships with clients and resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly satisfy client needs. Through relationship management, you'll help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. client satisfaction)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work well with a team
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a +)
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key leaders and stakeholders among clients
- Create plans to address clients’ business needs
- Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for mitigate risks and escalate issues
- Assist the sales team up-sell or cross-sell services
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to the scope of work agreed upon
- Find new ways to retain clients
- Set sales and revenue targets for each client and work diligently to meet them
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
